Mangosteen Sorbet

Material

  • 100 gr sugar

  • 250 ml Water

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 10 fruit mangosteen, take it

  • 1 eeg  white, beaten until frothy soft


How to Make

  1. Cook sugar and water until sugar is dissolved and boiling. Remove and leave to steam away

  2. Insert the lemon juice and mangosteen fruit, mix well. Set aside to cool. Strain as he tap-tap mangosteen fruit for apart from the seeds and flesh.

  3. Add beaten egg whites. Mix well. Pour in bowl and flatten

  4. Store in freezer until almost frozen. Stir to form small granules. Freeze again. Serve cold in a bowl of mangosteen, if desired.
