Mangosteen Sorbet
- 100 gr sugar
- 250 ml Water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 10 fruit mangosteen, take it
- 1 eeg white, beaten until frothy soft
How to Make
- Cook sugar and water until sugar is dissolved and boiling. Remove and leave to steam away
