Fruit Caramel
- 100 ml apple juice / bottled lychee
- 2 tsp ginger lung, squeeze the water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 100 gr red wine
- 100 gr green grapes
- 100 gr Sunkist oranges, cut according to taste
- 100 g strawberries, cut according to taste
- 250 ml ice cream
How to Make
- Heat the apple juice / lychee, ginger, and brown sugar. Cook until syrup boils. Remove and allow to steam away and let it cool
- Enter the fruit and let stand for 1 hour in refrigerator
- Serve fruit with caramel ice cream
