Meatball Tofu Shrimp
- 1 piece of tofu, drained, mashed
- 75 g shrimp, peeled, finely chopped
- 1 leek, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
Peanut Sauce
Blend
- 3 tablespoons peanut, fried
- 2 red chilies
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
How to Make
- Mix tofu, shrimp, scallions and other ingredients until blended.
- Shape dough flat round.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown and a lot.
- Remove and drain.
- Peanut sauce: Stir the ground spices with water and lemon juice until blended.
- Serve meatball with Peanut Sauce
