Meatball Tofu Shrimp

Material

  • 1 piece of tofu, drained, mashed

  • 75 g shrimp, peeled, finely chopped

  • 1 leek, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp plain flour

  • 1 egg yolk

  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder


Peanut Sauce

  • 150 ml boiled water

  • 1 tablespoon lemon lime


Blend

  • 3 tablespoons peanut, fried

  • 2 red chilies

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt


How to Make

  1. Mix tofu, shrimp, scallions and other ingredients until blended.

  2. Shape dough flat round.

  3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and a lot.

  4. Remove and drain.

  5. Peanut sauce: Stir the ground spices with water and lemon juice until blended.

  6. Serve meatball with Peanut Sauce
