Fresh Mint Tea

Material

  • Ice cubes to taste

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • 500 ml cold water


Mint Syrup

  • 250 g granulated sugar

  • 150 ml water

  • 30 sheets mint


How to Make

  1. Mint Syrup: Boil sugar and water until sugar is dissolved and condensed. Remove and serve, put the mint leaves. Allow to cool syrup

  2. Presentation: Place ice cubes and lemon slices in the  glass . Pour cold water and 2 tablespoons of mint syrup. Serve immediately
