Green Tea Ice Cream

Ice cream is a frozen food made from dairy products like cream (or similar), combined with the taste and sweetening. This mixture was cooled with stirring, while reducing its temperature to prevent formation of large ice crystals.

Although the term ice cream is often used to refer to the “dessert” frozen and snack foods, but actually used a viewing point to the “dessert” frozen and snack consisting of milk fat.

Material

  • 2 teaspoons gelatin

  • 65 ml apple juice

  • 100 ml honey

  • 750 ml of fresh soy milk

  • 2 teaspoons macha (green tea)


How to Make

  1. Dissolve gelatin in apple juice. Let stand for 10 minutes until dissolved. Stir.

  2. Put the soy milk and honey over low heat. Lift, then mixed with gelatin and green tea, stirring until dissolved. Chill.

  3. Store in freezer for 4 hours, remove and rake with a spoon, then puree with mixcer, save it back in the freezer. Do so up to 3-4 times or until smooth texture is obtained.

  4. Serve cold in the legs and decorative glass serving according to taste.
