Coffee Caramel
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 300 ml water
- 4 tablespoons instant coffee
- 4 tbsp full cream milk powder
- Whipped cream
- 1 / 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 4 bars @ 10 cm cinnamon, a stirrer
How to Make
- Heat sugar in heavy saucepan until melted and lightly browned (the caramel). Pour water stir well. lift
- Add up instant coffee and milk powder. Stir well, remove
- Pour into serving glasses. Add whipped cream and cinnamon powder season. Insert a cinnamon as a stirrer.
