Honey Chocolate Mousse

Materials:

  • 200 gr milk cooking chocolate, melted

  • 200 cc whipping cream

  • 150 cc of liquid milk

  • 3 egg yolks

  • 100 gr sugar

  • 1 egg white

  • 60 g gelatine, dissolve it with hot water

  • 80 cc of hot water to dissolve gelatine

  • 100 cc honey


How to Make

  1. Beat egg yolks with sugar, add milk, cook over medium heat, stir while. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat.
