Spinach Tofu Sauteed
- 100 grams of spinach leaves
- 100 grams of silken tofu, cut into ½ cm dice
- 25 grams grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon margarine
Marinade
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
How to Make
- Boil until cooked spinach leaves, lift, chopped.
- Heat the margarine, stir fry garlic till fragrant
- Put chopped onion, silken tofu, cheese and salt and stir well. Cook for 3 minutes, remove from heat.
- Serve while warm.
