Chocolate Cake

Material

  • 100 gr flour

  • 2 tablespoons flour mizena

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 7 eggs

  • 150 g powdered sugar

  • 75 g butter / margarine, melted

Chocolate Cream

  • 250 ml heavy cream

  • 125 g cooking chocolate, chopped


How to Make

  1. Preheat oven to 170 C temperature. Grease a 22 cm diameter pan with butter and Cover with baking paper.
