Chocolate Almond Layer Cake
- 150 g Chocolate cooked, chopped
- 150 g butter / margarine
- 4 eggs chicken
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 150 g wheat flour
Topping
- 300 ml heavy cream, whipped until thick along with 1 tsp vanilli essences
- 100 g pieces of almonds, toasted
How to Make
- Preheat oven to 170C. Grease a square baking pan measuring 20x20x8 cm with butter / margarine
- Team cooking chocolate and butter / margarine until melted. Remove, set aside
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and thick. Enter the flour, stirring until blended. Add melted chocolate and stir well.
- Pour batter into pan, smooth. Bake in hot oven for 30 minutes until cooked. Remove and let cool.
- Cut the cake into 3 equal parts thick. Brush the surface of the first cake with whipped cream, sprinkle with almond pieces. Stack top with second cake, spread the surface with whipped cream, sprinkle with almond pieces.
- Stack it again with the third cake. Brush entire surface with whipped cream, sprinkle with almond pieces. Cut the size of 2x10 cm. Serve
