Chicken potato porridge
- 100 grams of steamed potatoes, mashed
- 250 ml chicken broth
- 25 gr carrot, roughly chopped
- 25 gr know, roughly chopped
- 25 gr minced chicken meat
- 25 gr spinach, roughly chopped
- 10 g Cheese
Method:
- Cook the potatoes, carrots, minced chicken and know with gravy.
- Add spinach.
- Add cheese.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until the porridge thickens, remove, cool and serve.
