Carp Sweet Acid
- 500 g carp fish, fried with oil and heat until crisp lot.
Acid Sweet Sauce:
- 50 g peas
- 2 pcs carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pc seedless cucumber, sliced length
- ½ onion, sliced long
- 2 cm ginger, crushed
- 50 ml tomato sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
How to Make
- Saute garlic, onions, and ginger until fragrant.
- Enter the tomato sauce, salt, sugar, and a little water. Cook until bubbling.
- Add carrots, peas and cucumbers, and cook until the vegetables cooked.
- Pour onto the carp fry and serve.
- Serve with warm rice.
