- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 300 ml warm milk
- 125 ml heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Ice cubes, to taste
- Chocolate chips, cut thinly
- Cocoa powder for sprinkling
Method:
- Dissolve instant coffee in milk, set aside to cool.
- Enter the heavy cream, sugar and ice cubes into the blender. Then the process until the sugar has dissolved.
