Fresh dessert that is perfect served anytime. Assorted fresh fruit in sugar syrup flush makes it easy and quick. More delicious when served cold again or add ice cubes if desired.

- 1 piece of pineapple (250 g) pineapple
- 200 g mango
- 200 g half-ripe papaya
- 200 g kiwi fruit
- 200 g of star fruit
Sauce
- 70 g sugar
- 200 ml sweet orange juice
- 5 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier / Cointreau
How to Make
- Peel pineapple, remove the bones apart. Cut the pineapple triangle shape 3 cm in size, set aside. Peel the mango and papaya, then cut each shape size 2 cm dice, set aside
- Peel the kiwi, discarding skin. 1 cm-thick crosswise slices, set aside
- Discard the skin edge of the star fruit, then slice crosswise 1 cm size, set aside
- Sauce: Mix sugar, sweet lemon, lime juice and Grand Marnier / Cointreau, and stir until sugar dissolves. Insert pieces of fruit into the sauce, stirring gently until blended. Store in refrigerator until served
- Prepare a glass serving, put the fruit into it setup. Dab ice cubes if desired.
