Mocha Cake

Cake Ingredients

  • 250 g wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 200 g caster sugar

  • 5 eggs chicken

  • 200 g butter, melted


Mocha Cream.

  • 250 ml heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp Mocha paste


How to Make

  1. Preheat oven to 170C. Grease a square baking pan measuring 20x20x8 cm with butter / margarine

  2. Cake: Sift flour and baking powder, set aside. Beat sugar and eggs until fluffy and thick. Enter the flour mixture and melted butter. Mix well.

  3. Pour batter into pan, smooth. Bake in hot oven for 30 minutes until cooked. Remove and let cool.

  4. Mocha Cream: Beat the heavy cream and sugar until thick. Add pasta mocha, beat until blended.

  5. Cut the cake into 2 equal parts thick. Spread one part of the cake with mocha cream until blended. Stack cake topped with others.

  6. Brush the entire surface of cake with remaining cream mocha. Garnish with melted chocolate and sprinkle chopped nuts. Cut according to taste.
