Mocha Cake
- 250 g wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 g caster sugar
- 5 eggs chicken
- 200 g butter, melted
Mocha Cream.
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Mocha paste
How to Make
- Preheat oven to 170C. Grease a square baking pan measuring 20x20x8 cm with butter / margarine
- Cake: Sift flour and baking powder, set aside. Beat sugar and eggs until fluffy and thick. Enter the flour mixture and melted butter. Mix well.
- Pour batter into pan, smooth. Bake in hot oven for 30 minutes until cooked. Remove and let cool.
- Mocha Cream: Beat the heavy cream and sugar until thick. Add pasta mocha, beat until blended.
- Cut the cake into 2 equal parts thick. Spread one part of the cake with mocha cream until blended. Stack cake topped with others.
- Brush the entire surface of cake with remaining cream mocha. Garnish with melted chocolate and sprinkle chopped nuts. Cut according to taste.
