Evaporation Milk
Usually packaged in cans or tetra box then sterilized.
Containing 7.5% fat and 25.5% milk solids.
When the milk has not been exhausted, move from the original packaging to another container that is clean, cover tightly, then store in the freezer, hold for 10 days.
To get the milk ready to drink / ready to use, mix one part milk to one part water.
Can be used to thicken sauces, custard filling, or pudding.
