Also called mustard paste, made from mustard seeds, shaped pasta, dark yellow, sour and spicy taste, smell sharp and stinging. Usually used to spread hamburger, hot dogs or a mixture of sauce or mayonnaise. Sold in plastic bottles  or glass containers. If already in the open, close tightly, keep refrigerated. When taking out of the container, use a clean spoon and dry for the contents of the bottle is not contaminated, dirty or exposed to bacteria.
