- 3 cups water
- 1 1 / 2 cup white rice
- 1 1 / 2 sheet. pork roast (boneless)
- 2 medium white onion
- 1 / 2 pig liver
- 5 green onions chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
How to Make
- Place the pork roast in the container. Cover with water, and bring to a boil. Skim off the surface, lower heat, and allow it to boil for one hour.
- Do the same for the liver, in a separate container.
- Drain the container. Save 1 cup liquid from pot roast.
- Cook rice in rice cooker with 3 cups of water, according to the directions on the package.
- Use a food processor to cut the meat. Add onion as you go along. Do not do this. You do not want to end up with pasta.
- Place 1 cup of liquid from the roast that you saved into a large bowl. Add all ingredients (including rice and meat mixture) this. Blend together until consistent.
- Stuff the mixture into a sausage casing.
